Michael joins the League with a decade of progressive activism and political organizing experience. From Occupy Fort Lauderdale to Black Lives Matter Alliance Broward, from electoral candidates to citizen ballot initiatives, Michael has leveraged their love of people and talent for communications and organizing to advance progressive causes across the state of Florida. This dreamy cancerian aesthete enjoys writing poetry, music and afrofuturist stories in their off time. Their greatest hope is a Star Trek future come true with a united humanity exploring strange new worlds together.
